Relax and calm your mind, by making art with me Yenna. Each week we will meet up online, I will guide you through an art making session. You will need pencils, pens, crayons or felt tips. You can use whatever you have to hand, doesnt have to be fancy paint and canvas! Free trial for 7 days 🙂 on a payment plan, cancel any time! There are many great benefits to your physical and mental health when making art and being creative, studies have shown art making alone reduces stress and anxiety levels (Zhang et al, 2015). During the sessions we will have time to chat, get creative and wind down with a mindfulness exercise to finish. You don't have to be good at drawing to join in, open to all adults (18+) wherever you are. As a registered trainee art therapist I must clarify this is not an art therapy session, this is an art in health programme.
